This is my first post of the New Year…. I am extremely excited to state that I have been very busy with last minute planning for my trip to Seychelles.
I will be traveling with other fellow agents on a trip of a lifetime!!
I have spoken with quite a few people who have never heard of Seychelles or they don’t know where it is located.
This is just a quick synopsis about these wonderful islands that I will be visiting in the next couple of days.
Seychelles is located to the Northeast of Madagascar and about 1000 miles east of Kenya. It’s an archipelago of about 115 islands. However, we won’t be visiting all of these islands on our upcoming trip.
We will be visiting the islands of Praslin, Mahe, Silhouette Island, La Digue, and others. We will be staying at top notch resorts such as Sainte Anne Resort, Kempinski, Contance Lemuria, Coco De Mer Hotel, and Constance Ephelia Resorts. We will be visiting many more resorts while we are there are as well.
Beaches…. Beaches…. Beaches!! Anyone who knows me knows that I love the beach. Not necessarily to take a swim, but more so for its beauty! I can sit on the beach and stare at the ocean for hours!! Anyways, Seychelles has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. They are also known for having some of the best dive and snorkeling sites as well.
As each day goes by while we are away I will be keeping a journal of each place we stay, and each site we see, so that I can post it here.
SN: The great thing about visiting these islands is that NO shots are necessary. It is NOT considered to be a third world country. No worries about getting malaria or other diseases. We went to visit our travel doctor anyway and got our Hepatitis, Typhoid and Flu shots just to be on the safe side, but again this is not necessary. I am so excited…. I can’t wait to start to posting all of the great places we visit!
